Conference center in the Smart Logistics Cluster open
Aachen, July 16th, 2020. The conference center in the Smart Logistics Cluster creates new possibilities for meetings and events from 2 to 50 people. In the current situation, not every company has suitable space to be able to realize the required minimum distance of 1.5 m between participants or the required 7 m² per person for meetings, further education, training and other events. The premises in the Smart Logistics Cluster on RWTH Aachen Campus have now been conceived and designed in such a way that events with up to 50 participants can be held in compliance with all requirements. A minimum distance of 1.5 m between the seats, regular air exchange and the observance of necessary hygiene measures are ensured, also for the beverage and catering services. In addition, the conference center ensures that further requirements of the current Corona Protection Ordinance are taken into account in all areas.
The premises on RWTH Aachen Campus can be booked by all interested parties for their meetings and events, whether with employees, customers or partners. Visitors of the Smart Logistics Cluster have sufficient parking space at their disposal as well as good connections to the public transport network.
