Value networks in turbulent times
July 22nd, 2020. The FIR theme day on 20 October 2020 addresses the topics of risk management, planning, transparency and technologies as success factors of the future supply chain. Companies today are part of complex value-added networks with many players, in which production and logistics interlock like clockwork. At the same time, we are moving at a speed at which every element of the supply chain must always function. The dependence of one’s own company on other players in the chain is greater than ever. Participants will learn what is important when designing sustainable value-added networks and how they actively determine the direction. The event will take place in the Smart Logistics Cluster on RWTH Aachen Campus.
